Information about cooperation between STAPRO s.r.o. and MEDICON a.s.

Companies STAPRO s. r. o. and MEDICON a.s. have made an agreement about strategic cooperation in the area of providing IT services in MEDICON holding companies. This strategical cooperation enables particular holding companies to benefit from the latest products and services in the area of healthcare informatics for their own use and at the same time to provide support for another acquisitions and pro-growth activities.

Stapro became an owner of 100% share of IT division which is focused on sales, development, implementation and support of GreyFox information systems. Transfer of proprietorship was made under agreement signed on the October 31, 2008. IT division develops, sells, implements and supports original GreyFox software as a response to claims for simplification and rationalization of the administration agenda in healthcare facilities. Nowadays, the second generation of this system is in full operation which is full based on modular concept and graphic user environment.
