Fusion of MLAB software s.r.o.

On the October 31, 2008 the successful integration of the MLAB software s.r.o. company and STAPRO s.r.o. took place. Effective on this date, the Mlab software s.r.o. was abolished and Stapro s.r.o. becomes the successor organisation. The MLAB company was established by separation from First information systems, s.r.o. From the company First information systems several activities were secluded that are connected to development, supply and support of MLAB products used by the majority of Macrobiology labs in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
